Due to the pre-order and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Exchanges
• Order cancellations

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is a pre-order item with an estimated production and fulfillment time of 6–8 weeks (approximately 1½–2 months).

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made once an order has been submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
